Hey folks!
This is my "New" truck, a '93 Cheyenne 3500. It's a basic fleet vehicle with manual windows and locks. It does have ac and is (under-)powered by a 5.7. This 2wd has 4.10 gears and almost 300k miles on it! I just got her, and you'd think that I'm nuts if you could see how excited I am to have it!

Well, with a truck this big, the possibilities are endless...

1) I plan on leaving this truck to my son and he's currently 3 years old, so that means I have to...
2) rebuild the front and rear suspension and rear axle (currently open diff 4.10
3) inspect and replace brake parts as necessary including lines, hoses and fluid
4) repair and prevent any rust and pick a color for paint. 21+ feet long is a lot of paint to stare at! Frame will be painted black.
5) replace all body mounts
6) Some interior mods have already come to mind as well.

But barring any mechanical and maintenance issues, first on the agenda is to replace the missing ac compressor and get that going again.
