My name is Jim, and I’m super excited to be in a group with so much knowledge on these trucks I’ve grown to love so much! Replaced the 305 in my 96 k1500 (along with front suspension, rebuilt trans and rebuilt AC system). The motor was a salvage with 91k on it- 4k miles later and the motor is knocking to high hell. Looking to swap to a 350 Vortec. Thank you all in advance and long live OBS
