Headlight lens covers? Never heard of these.

These have popped up as suggestions on ebay quite frequently. I've never seen or heard of them until now. Does anyone have experience with these? Photos? I just can't wrap my head around how they would work, unless you need to completely disassemble your headlamp assembly.
