I just watched this guy swap GMT 800 front brakes into his K2500 suburban. I honestly didn't realize it was that difficult....

Towards the end he mentions a hydroboost master cylinder upgrade from the big, heavy 10 lug 3500HD GVWR 15,000 trucks.

I may decide to do this to my K3500 beater, LOL.

Enjoy!

I just came across this video on Youtube yesterday lol. I am defiantly keen to give it a shot if I can source the parts here in Australia.... Did you end up going through with the upgrade? Looks pretty straight forward to me.

Hardest part depends what knuckles you get. If you get the 99-2000 lite duty knuckles, then only need to ream the upper ball joint. The rest is bolt on. If you use the later ones, then need to ream more, so, more work...Too bad so far away, I was gonna to this to my 99, but going SAS instead. I have the knuckles and new upper arms with bushing and joints.
