I don't have any leaks there either that I can see, and I am not loosing fluid. From what I have read, if I removed the power steerling lines, the pedal should be solid since it would have no assist. I will make sure to post back when I do find out what it is, it drives and stops fine so I'm gonna drive it some and continue to observe and check what is going on. I think when I get back from my trip next week I am going to delete the ABS since it is kinda useless any and I hate having to Tech2 bleed it.

There is a spacer there, is it not supposed to be? I bought the unit used off ebay, found out later that it was for a rear disc, so I changed it but left the spacer there.

The spacer was on the other MC, I left it there, you can see it above. Should I remove that and see what happens?

It doesn't want to go in without the spacer. Do they make boosters with different length rods? This said it was off a 1998 K2500.

I'm running a 06 3500hd master cylinder on my k1500 that I converted to hydroboost and deleted the ABS. The nbs MC won't fit the obs hydroboost so I swapped out the front portion of the obs hydroboost with the front portion of a nbs hydroboost. That way I didn't have to swap mounting plates and the push rods that connect to the pedal are different length between the obs and nbs and they are not easily swapped either. But the nbs MC was what made the biggest improvement in my brakes. I first installed the obs hydroboost then I swapped to nbs tahoe knuckles to run bigger rotors and duel piston calipers then swapped in a 02 2500hd rear axle that I swapped in 6 lug axles shafts so now I have disc brakes and duel piston calipers out back too. Then I installed the front portion of the nbs hydroboost unit and nbs MC and now my truck stopping performance is amazing.

@GordonCustoms Love how you've adapted your PCM swap to take advantage of the space opened up from the ABS delete. You have any more photos of how you went about mounting the 0411 there?

That upper bracket is begging for a bigger custom relay centre lmao

I used a pcm mount from an 2000s S10, I did some trimming of the plastic pcm mount and I wallowed out 2 of the mounting holes in the mount to line up with the threaded holes on the inner fender where the ABS used to mount too. I'll try to remember and get some more pictures of it after work. Here the relays I have inside there.
