Did the original owner use the same material that covers the floor, to cover the vents?

I had never seen those plastic caps prior to getting this truck. GMC was so cheap when they put this thing together that they did not even put an accessory light switch on the passenger side. Yes, that too is covered with a little plastic cap. Super funny.

I kind of wish they still sold a cheap truck like that today. It was fun going to the salvage yard, and installing options from an up class truck back in the day. My 93 WT, I installed a Silverado tail gate, and Silverado rims. With the 275/60/15, and then once I painted the black grill white, to match the truck, it made the truck look nice. But I do have to admit, I do like my 97 3 door SWB, EC a lot better. The Vortec 350, has a lot more power, and its just a lot nicer truck.

Aervoe military paint... This was the last gallon in the shop. Aervoe does not sell it by the gallon anymore(unless you buy 100 gallons) so I guess the box will be done with spray cans.

16 inch rims with reversed bells... the valves are now on the inside. Her stance is now as it should be. Looking pretty balanced. Front toe hooks are on as well.
