Middle of a box of restoration and its time to choose what to run for fuel lines. So far I've got a brand new tank and fuel pump(advanced auto) and filter. Will eventually be a mild build and I'm open to suggestions. Anyone have thoughts on braided?

From what I've read (no experience here) the braided looks ****, but a daily driver is the wrong application. Apparently, the hose doesn't hold up over time... race cars are fiddled with all the time daily driver's are not. I need to replace mine, and I'll probably go nylon.

All braided line is not created equal. Personally I wouldn't worry about anything with a PTFE (Teflon) lining degrading. There are plenty of fuel certified braided AN lines that fall into that category.
