My 95 c1500 fuel gauge bouncing is getting worse. I think I still have a full cluster from a 96 c2500 suburban. Will the fuel gauge motor swap over? Or better yet the 96 cluster is just in overall better condition. Will it swap? I know the vehicles had different computers and the 95 used a speedometer buffer I dont believe the 96 used one so I did not know if they were electronically swap-able. Plus I would like to swap the speedometer any way because I had trouble with inaccuracy so I installed a adjustable buffer and its still off by the same amount.
