I think I see your bed is flexing backward, do you have all of the weight behind the rear tires?

You need to have it distributed evenly to lower the stress on the frame. I am all for as much weight as possible on a plow truck (I have well over 1-ton in the bed of mine). But it needs to be distributed evenly or you'll fold the frame.

I would get the weight where you want it, crank the T-bars up a bit to bring the front end back to where it was when they aligned it and run it. If you pre-load the t-bars by having more weight in the box they will sag less when you lift the plow.
