Well dang. I guess it's due for an overhaul. I don't drive it in 4x4 too often so it should be ok for a while.

The front output bearing isn't accessible without disassembling the whole Xfer case right?

I appreciate you guys.

Reviving the thread. Got the diff overhauled and regeared and installed. Everything torqued down to spec!

One thing to note is that I was hoping rebuilding the diff would solve a wobbling issue I'm having un front, drivers side. I thought that it was the result of slop in the stub shaft, but apparently it wasn't.

If y'all have any ideas, I'm all ears.

So the front suspension is lifted, new parts too. It's got a legit lift, not just a key adjustment. Diff and control arm drop, please steering stabilizer.
Steering linkage is relatively new,
CV axles about a year old,
Diff rebuilt,
I do not feel it in the steering wheel,
Tires are new,
It's not super violent, but more like a equally spaced bobbing,
70+ mph.

What do you guys think? I'm kinda stumped. The only thing I have yet to try is swapping tires, which I plan to do next.

Thanks all!

This is why I'm stumped on it. All the obvious stuff seems to be ruled out.
