Frame question

Working on a 95 gmc suburban 1500 4x4. Rear frame rails went to hell but otherwise truck is in really good shape. Question is, I’m looking to graft the rear frame from a southern truck, is there a difference on the back half of the frames from a 2wd to a 4x4?

I believe no because the suburbans are basically the same accept for front half. But from rear axle to bumper I'm 99% sure same frame
