Flash and basic tune

I need to get my pcm flashed and basic tun e to adjust valves. The place by me is gonn a be $700-$1000 before dynotune. Is there anyway I can get a tune from someone online? I think it would be cheaper to just buy the HP tuner MPV 12 which is 650 and then get a tune from someone and put it in myself. Can anybody make this happen?

I'd check out Black Bear Tuning, I've heard great things about them with tuning these trucks.

What PCM? If you do the 0411 swap you can flash with PCM Hammer for free, but I don't know if it works with hpt files.
