Most dealership mechanics are young guys straight out of trade school, and they stay in the business less than four years. If people knew how poorly run dealership service departments were, they wouldn't put up with paying $100/flag hour.

I found a dealer by random chance that still has a NIB crew cab cab in inventory. $8700 I think it was. But it is a full cab, all sheet metal from firewall to back wall.

That's a little surface rust, but i've seen (and had) way worse. That's actually decent for an east coast rig. The body however looks mint!
