Drive train swap

Hi guys,

I have a 1997 TD 2-Door Tahoe. I recently acquired a 99 Yukon Denali mainly for the interior that I want to swap over, but the Denali also has a locker rear end. Would they be swappable or would modifications be necessary? The gear ratios are the same as my truck. While i'm at it, would the front diff be swappable as well (my front diff went out last month no 4 x 4 in the snow for a bit)

Any information would be great.

I think the rear end would swap fine, 1997 is the year the front ends were changed, you would have to look on it. Either way, if you unbolt the passenger axle tube you can use the front I believe.
