What is a "chevy hd grill?" And "z71 taillights?"

Well i put those in qoutes because thats what they were called in thesale ad the tail lights im not sure why they were called `z71` nothing z71 about them imo but they look cool lol and the grill i assume was called hd because of its bold appearence and how much thicker and stiffer the plastic is
