Those hubcaps, bumper, and grill are an odd combo that I don't think ever came stock here. IIRC those are late square body caps. Did you do that?

Wasn't that hubcap style the full wheel cover for the early trucks? My R2500 square Burb had a set on it, but I think I've seen them on the earlier 400s. Mine are 16" but I want to say there's a 15" version as well....

Here's some light reading, ha ha. Just download the FSMs (Factory Service Manuals), install Acrobat Adobe Reader (or any other .pdf reader). You'll find most everything you need. IIRC #3 manual for your truck will give you all of the wiring description/routing you'll need.
