On the underside lip, I never noticed until I pulled the chrome trim off a few days ago. Honestly, it would probably have gone unnoticed, but I just couldn’t paint over it.
The trim was loose and some small (really friggin small) rocks got in there and scratched the hell out of it and got the rust going.
There were a few dings I was going to have to work out on both sides, and a good dent on the passenger side. I am ready to have it done and new panels speeds the process up.
I also learned today that the door I ordered has the hinges attached ... HUGE WIN. Thought I was going to have my work cut out for me on those.
