Clutch Pedal Assembly, Flywheel, Shift Lever & Knob

I have an '89 Stepside with a 700R4 and I'm strongly considering swapping to the NV3500 I have. I need a clutch pedal assembly, flywheel, and shift lever and knob shipped to Choctaw, OK.

Ugly but good parts are preferred if you're willing to bargain.

Except the flywheel. That needs to be in good condition.

Anybody have just the clutch pedal assembly?

I'll even pay the price for pretty parts, I was just hoping someone had a rusty piece with a missing pedal pad.
