Charger not charging

I have an issue with an alternator on a 2007 charger. I know it's not GMT 400. Trying to plan A-day I'm changing it. Lousy. How's the weather where I live freaking cold as h e double hockey sticks.
Watch the YouTube video looked kind of easy.
Waiting on my new alternator it is a mechman one. Any tips on replacing it?

Step 1 - disconnect the battery!

I haven't fixed my wife's 2013 T&C 3.6 Pentastar... The battery light came on and I thought a simple job it must be to just replace the alternator. Not!

The alternators on those engines are duty-cycle pulse-width modulated by the ECM, so it could be something else (the computer, I think in my case?). I haven't gotten around to properly diagnose it, but in my case it was not the alternator. Luckily we had another vehicle she is driving now.

Had wreck and roll replace the alternator
Recommend that shop to anyone sadly they get swapped. But what to do a good place always has business
