Center cap 94 5 lug that uses the plastic lugs

Need 1 decent 5 hole center cap that uses the plastic lug nuts to hold it on. Mine lost its bow tie. I have a NOS set of 4, but dont quite want to put them on until I go back thru the truck and it gets a repaint.
