Can you convert a obd1 motor to obd2

This can be done, but if you are running a 4l60e, that trans will not communicate with the obd2 computer. I would swap it over, and just run OBD1. Your ecm can be modified to run 8 injectors in batch. Look up Old School EFI. David is the OBD1 Master and can get you set up with a harness and ecm mod, plus do all the tuning. I highly recommend him.

I have to question why the OP wants to do this. I can't think of any reason to convert to an OBDII system on my 1992. Just seems more complicated...more work to get to what end?

Not to mention a modded late TBI PCM will run multiport FI.
