I just finished up mine yesterday. Started with a Harbor Freight universal winch plate. I wanted it tucked into the truck as much as possible, so I cut out a majority of the lower grill. I did some card board mock ups and had my friend cut some brackets out of 1/4". Then we welded it all together. I think it came out pretty good.

Yes, in person doesnt look that big haha, still waiting into a roof rack with mounting lights
