Brush-Grill Guards

Has anyone had experience with installing/using brush guards on their GMT400? Have the heavier Westin and Ranch Hand guards caused any problems with front end wear and tear on the 3/4 ton trucks. I’m finding it difficult to locate any used, direct-fit, guards for sale. If I have to buy new, or I buy a cheaper and lighter brand. Any suggestions with these. I’ll be adding a winch, too. Thanks in advance for your insights.

Nice score on the rear bumper wish you could still by them new from ranchhand. I've got the grille guard and rear bumper on my 06 and the wifes 03 has just the grille guard but the 98 is getting full replacement bumper for the front and hoping to be lucky enough to find a rear.

Looks good! I wouldn't worry about that wearing out the front end of 3/4 ton truck.
