I changed the master in my 1500 back in 2019 and never bench bled. I used a Motive bleeder and pushed a liter through and it came out great. I even broke the bleeder off the right rear, skipped bleeding it, and the pedal was much improved. This was in conjunction with my hydro boost swap.

Good news! I said **** it and took the master cylinder off and tried to bench bleed it, it's probably not perfectly bled, that screwdriver **** was getting on my nerves, but I tried it until I was on the edge of throwing wrenches, said "good enough" and stuck it back on the truck and bled the lines. I don't think it's 100%, but it's a lot better than when I got it, and I'd consider it "drivable".
