Brake Upgrades

Drilled holes were originally to add surface area to air for cooling. Done right, the surface area of the inner wall of the hole is greater than the area lost on the rubbing surface due to the hole so a net gain in surface area to disperse heat.
That was then - the focus may have since shifted.

Hey guys I've been reading and researching on alot of the ideas on here. Well I pulled the trigger and fixed my brakes up really good. Here's what I used:
95 c3500 dually front calipers (yes they are a 1/4 wider) 3.31 piston cup
Jb7 master cylinder for the vacuum booster
Stainless lines on the front. Haven't got the rear one yet.
Will be putting the 11 inch police package brakes on rear instead of the 10in that I currently have.
Truck stops really well. The rear shoes have to be adjust up to the point you can barely put the drums on. They don't drag all the time either. But man the difference between the old stuff to this is so nice. Hope this helps some of yall out thats had issues or wanting upgrades.
