Hi,

I was hoping someone could bail me out here. My GM crate motor has a holley street avenger (don't know the model number off hand). Both large vacuum ports on the carb are the correct size for PCV, but way too small for the factory brake booster vacuum hose. Any ideas? I'd really like to get the brake hose hooked up so I can move ahead with things.

Perhaps a moderator will move this thread to LSx + Carb swaps sub-forum.

I would not expect the brake booster hose to connect to the carb. I'd expect it to connect to the manifold directly.

If you are connecting to the carb, the PCV should go in the front, and the booster in the back. It doesn't matter where the vacuum for the brake booster is sourced, but ideally the fumes from the PCV will go to the primary side of the carb, so they mix nicely with the incoming air/fuel and get distributed fairly evenly to all cylinders.
