My dream line up is 5 trucks. 3 OBS trucks in the form of my ECSB K2500, my CCLB K3500, a K2500 Suburban with a tailgate/hatch, A K5 Blazer and a 67-72.
That's the dream at least, those are trucks that when I get it'll take a lot for me to get rid of

Just think, you can have all that, for less than the price of some of the new trucks out there.

And nobody but you can apply the brakes, or cut power...
Or apply power with cut brakes depending on what mood you're in.

So the truck is developing a hard start, don't know if it's from the cold or if it's FPR/injectors or maybe the fuel pump? I'll try and get a gauge on it this weekend to see.

Hit it with a light spray of starting fluid. If it lights right off then it is fuel related. Do it on a couple of cold starts to confirm.

It's low on fuel pressure, and definitely responds positively to a quick sniff. Gonna try and put some miles on the 6.5 before I put this truck down for major work.

I found this browsing marketplace; will an 8.1L cam work in a Gen 6 454? It's not an ideal cam but for $100 it's kind of hard to beat imo.
