He finally got a visor for it! :headbang: I still need to light up my 97's visor, they look so much better lighted.

Finally got my trailer brakes hooked up, going to test them out tomorrow when I get up to the trailer.
Starting to think pretty heavily on regearing to 4.10s...I'm debating on just swapping the rear for now to see how I like it; I'll just have to see what I can find.

How much total trailer weight are you looking to tow and how often? Might even want to consider 4.88s with those 285s you’ve got.

Probably no more then 8-9K really; and it won't be a towing everyday deal, honestly I might try a few different things before regearing. I'm sure there's still some work left to be done on the tune.

4.56s would give you a 22% increase in torque. 60mph would be around 2000rpm which is about the same a 4.10s with stock tire size. That would be like going from an engine with 410 lbs-ft of torque to one with 500 lbs-ft of torque. Just sayin’ [emoji1]

My dad's old C3500 had 4.56s, it'd pull our camper wherever it just wasn't very happy doing it when interstate speeds were involved.

I really need to see how the truck behaves loaded down before I make any decisions,
