Gonna try reefing on the flanges tomorrow to make them less bad and fill in the rest with a bunch of silicone unless you guys have better ideas?

That high temp copper gasket maker works great on exhaust. I use it on all my turbo setups on the crossover and such with alot of back pressure pre-turbine.

I tried silicone. It got brittle and just blew out. Use muffler paste. Don't even bother with the gasket. It works great! It is the easiest most effective solution to leaks at that flange. Let it sit overnight or more before firing it up though.

I use a product from advanced auto parts called muffler cement I believe.
Had a Infiniti fx35 that kept blowing gaskets out and it solved it

That's encouraging to hear. You're the second to say the silicone holds up.
Now if the flanges are warped bad I don't think it's gonna help you.

This is it tho.
