I recently picked up a pretty clean ‘99 Z71 for my son. The interior is surprisingly nice for a 23 year old truck, with only a small tear in the driver’s seat and a worn spot on the steering wheel. I want to get the seat seat fixed correctly, but I’m having trouble finding new blue seat covers or even the correct material to have an upholstery shop make one. Does anyone know of a source for either? Thanks!

Impossible to find.
GM's stock is non-existent & there are no mills reproducing the OEM fabric.
Best bet is to scab usable sizes of fabric from donor trucks @ the local P-n-P which can then be used to replace your damaged/worn sections.
Is the rip on a seam? That can be restitched. Basic repair.
