Can anyone tell me if these will fit? As best as I can tell from reading here the offset will work however I’m not sure about the center hub bore. Right now front suspension is stock and rear dropped 2in. At the most I could see setting it down another 2in front and back. Thinking of running 255/45/20 or 265/45/20

20x8.5
+7mm offset
5in backspace
78mm center bore

That's the right center bore. Usually our trucks are quoted as 78.1 or 78.3mm bore. I don't have any personal experience with the other dimensions, but like you, it seems like they would fit from what I have read.
