@95Suburban I've replaced everything on it just won't run right it run koo when first started but drive for about 20 to 30 mins acts like the it's not enough gas or just struggling can't give it throttle

@Schurkey I grabbed everything but ahead of time I knew a guy in the military sold me some humvee parts trans and transfer case so I have a 80e trans and np242 and just found a tbi 4l80 ecm

But I bought the truck in 2015 and who ever had it trashed the wires and everything so I'm putting him back together just trying to get it to where I can drive without have to pull over every 20 30 mins lol

What engine was in the Blazer before the swap to a Vortec 454? Are you trying to run a 454 on a 305 computer and 305 TBI and injectors?

If it runs good for 20 minutes and then acts like it's starving for fuel...how is the fuel tank vented? Does it run OK if you leave the gas cap off?

Will the ignition coil fire a spark tester calibrated for HEI ignitions after it's been run for 20+ minutes?

Perpetual advice:

What is the fuel pressure when the truck is acting up?

Connect a scan tool, verify EVERY sensor and computer output.

@Schurkey it was a 350 tbi and no I changed the computer out to a 454 tbi out of a 1995 k2500 Silverado

No have never tried running it without the Gas cap

I'll have to take it and get the pressure tested that's what I was thanking it may be but the pump is brand new

would just put it in the shop but can't trust these shops out here in okc go in with 1 problem come out getting towed

Also I don't know which pump you put in but the later TBI 454 runs a higher pressure then the small block TBI
^^^This, to elaborate - 94 - 95 7.4L TBI ran 28 - 32 PSI with smaller injectors while others' volume are based on 13 PSI. You s/b able to tell what you have by looking at their color and/or part #. If it is 94 - 95 7.4L you can throw in a 28 LB spring in it and use an EP381 pump from a 96 Vortec truck.
