Bent frame? Ex wife couldnt drive. Drove off road at 75 mph and dukes of hazzarded it pretty hard.

Ok. New to posting here. Had this 97 for 22 years. Love it. Ohed motor.. rear end..suspension..dash..etc etc. Ex wife jumped a ditch at 75 mph and kinda swaybacked this ole truck. Top of bed hit top of cab. Drives fine. Just looks wierd. This is a hunting..beater..fence stretching firewood getting work truck. The swaybacked stance buggs me. Any experience getting this thing back to where it needs to be? Cost at a collision shop? This is a west Texas truck. No rust..at all. Barely any surface rust even..
