Who else has put the upper shock extenders on themselves...if so is unbolting the bed a must do situation, or do they suggest it in order to make it easier??? lol

Unless you're in direct coastal TX then your bed bolts should be fine.. pop 'em out and lift the bed with an engine hoist and strong strap. You'll be OK. :D

Is this the kit that corrects the shock angle? Stands the shocks in a more upright position?

Not sure why you would want to use the upper extenders, the lower extenders are much easier to install and accomplish the same thing. Beltech part number 6652.
