I just did a write up here on the oil cooler adapter gaskets, orings, and connectors. The ONLY way for one of those oil cooler lines to separate from the connector is if the W clamp that holds those lines together and to the engine block, which is below the power steering pump, was not secured around the two oil cooler lines. They hold the lines from even moving at all forward or rearward even in the least bit. When you replace the parts, MAKE SURE you secure the lines in that clamp, or this will happen again.
