So, I pulled this cream puff (62k original miles) into my shop today for a complete audio upgrade.

Kenwood Excelon KDC-X705 head unit
Memphis PRX800.5 5 channel amp
Memphis PRX6903 6x9
Memphis PRX46 4x6
Memphis PRX824 8" subs
Custom box

How is new Memphis stuff? I haven’t installed any in idk 12 years maybe? I remember building a 3cube ported box for a single mojo 12 in a scion. That thing was nuts.

We probably install 20 PRX amps a month with no trouble what so ever! They just gave the SRX and PRX amps a face lift. The new look is cool, and they got rid of that stupid bright a$$ blue light on the bass knob.......
I absolutely LOVE the MOJO Mini and the MOJO Pro subs!!!!! The M7 subs are bad ass but need a custom box to really wake them up, as with the MOJO Mini. Now that MOJO Pro, shoot, throw it in a prefab and it bangs. A custom box makes them even more outstanding !!

Heck yea! I’ll get around to installing again sometime. I’ve had my truck for like 4-5 years and it has one speaker in it and it’s a factory torn paper with no surround. Just typing that makes me feel bad but I’ve got a whole box of “vintage” stuff for a period correct build
