Well I joined GMT 400 in Dec of 2013, newly divorced I did the one thing my X wouldn't let me do, BOUGHT A TRUCK! I bought a 215kmi 1997 Silverado 3dr. I've not had much trouble with it at all, now at 323kmi my poor horse is going lame on me and I'm going to have to put the motor down. It's time for an LS SWAP. I'll be posting updates as I get it done.

Following this. Im still on the fence with my 2 door
You will be dissapointed with a 4.8 or 5.3 without boost. Find a 6.0L or a 6.2.

Just helped my buddies get a Sloppy stage 2 cammed LY6 running in one of their friends square body 1/2 ton crew cab that is slammed. Truck started life as a 1-ton dually. Truck runs great.
