Whats going on guys, I've been lurking for a while but never really posted. I'm posting in this forum and not the build thread cuz I want feedback and tips and things like that. I bought a 94 Silverado for $500 that needs tons of work with around 200k miles. It runs strong and shifts smooth but needs a lot of TLC. I always wanted one of these since small but never really got around to getting one until now. I have been working on it for around 3 months and have lots and lots of work left to do but I want to do all the work except the paint. I am also not a mechanic but am going to do the most I can. Here she is.

first thing i did was install the broken driver side window, wasn't too hard at all. $20 from offerup. im thinking new motors are needed as they are extremely slow to come back up when down.

was checking out the frame and stumbled across this nice set of hangers, exactly the same on both sides, i don't know how the leaf springs were still holding on with one bolt. suspension is on the way.

Finally replaced the nasty broken dash with one from pick n pull, "reinforced" it with some fiberglass in the areas the old one broke in, sprayed it with vinyl and fabric flat black. Install was a PIA, but well worth it. $40
