Those are actually not Alcoas, Those are Weld AlumaDual II wheels. They were made in the 80s-90s. They use shanked lug nuts and are not hub centric.

They are actually rated higher than alcoas (3200LBS) and are much, much harder to find.

clean Alcoas go for $600-1200 here in WA.

The last set of aluma-duals I saw on ebay went for $1,500. I got mine for $120 (yes $120) locally because the guy didn't know what they were and they were nasty AF.
