Aftermarket transmission controller

Has anyone here installed an aftermarket trans controller on a 4l60e trans? If so which one did you go with? I have a '94 2wd step side.

What are you trying to accomplish?

Ive used a 99-02 GMT800 PCM to control a 4l80 in a carb LS swap.
It was only a few wires to hookup and then tune.


In a HMMVE i did a TH400 to 4L80E swap and used US Shift controller to run the 4l80 and it was very simple. But expensive.

Well, I replaced the 350 with this Blueprint 355 and used the stock TBI. I upgraded the fuel pump to a vortec fuel pump, FPR set @ 18 psi and 80lbs injectors. It runs pretty good but it ain't right. I have a tuner that says he can dyno tune it and get it right but I'm skeptical. I'm gonna let him have a shot at it, but if I'm not happy with it, eventually I'll just convert it to a carb and I will need the trans controller. I'm just thinking way ahead and wondering what a good controller would be.
