Factory underhood box was 96-97 only I believe. @Z71Hobbs most likely has one all cleaned and looking better than new.

Too bad you're so far away! What would you need to have for that underhood box and how much would the shipping cost be to Texas zip code 77477? Thanks

Stopped by where my buddy works and got the AC charged today.

Took 3 attempts to find the correct O ring to eliminate an evaporator line leak but finally was able to pull a vacuum and charge it. We did put some dye in the system should any future leaks occur.

Beautiful day here so I washed the Suburban and the mother in law's Jeep.

The suburban is definitely not perfect but still cleans up fairly well.

Almost done with my relay center that will house accessory circuits(fog lights, reverse lights, etc) and put the headlights on relay power. Waiting on a couple connectors that should be here tomorrow, then it'll be ready to go in.

Got my relay box installed underneath the black box. Ran the power wires to the aux power studs on the fuse box. Grounds used an existed spot on the fender well from a previous wiring job. I used weatherpack connectors for the input and output signals from the relays. By doing this, I can remove the entire box pretty easily should I need to. If I did it again, I'd change a couple things but nothing major. I love how it cleaned up my wiring and there's not just random loose relays in the engine bay.

Accessory circuits now in the box
1) Low beams
2) High beams
3)Bumper lights
4) Reverse lights
5) Valance lights (factory GMT400 fog lights courtesy of @Z71Hobbs)
6) Open

I also installed a diode between the low and high beam circuits for the 4HI mod.

Anyway onto the pics
