New to me 97 GMC Suburban (6.5td). Bought it about a month ago and drivers and passenger door lock switch was inop. But all door locks work with keyless entry key fob. I replaced the Drivers waster door lock switch/window switch set with new...did not fix. Found a good list of all fuse operations and sure enough fuse 13 was blown (cig lit) also controls door locks, cigarette lighter, and lumbar support pumps. Replaced 20 amp fuse and both pass, driver door locks witches function...and bonus, cig lit and lumbar now work. several days later the fuse blew again.
Just attempted to operate lumbar supports and both door lock switches to see if a new fuse would blow, but nothing popped it yet. Inspected wires door jam and no obvious issues.
