97 sierra 4.3 no start no crank

Got in my truck yesterday to move and had a no start no crank. Im talking absolutely nothing. Took starter off bench tested it was fine. The battery is good as well. The headlights will not come on as well as no other lights. Any suggestions? I'm lost here.

Maybe an ignition switch? When one went out on my jeep the lights still came on though, just wouldn't crank. Does your fuel pump prime?
