Can I put power seats from a 97 Yukon into a 89 Silverado?

Yes.
If going from a bench to buckets you'll have to drill the 4 inner holes for the bucket's risers.
Back up the new nuts & bolts on the underside with the biggest washers you can find.
Wiring is basic. Hook them up to a constant power source.

Was a bench seat truck. Escalade buckets.
