Noticed I was losing coolant all of a sudden. Found a crack in the radiator on the oil cooler side. Replaced the radiator but still had coolant loss so I pulled the intake.

Found the above - would that account for it? That certainly wasn't damaged when installed.

No visible water in the oil, not milky, no smell from what I can tell. Should have ran compression before tearing it down, but didn't as it wasn't missing nor has it thrown any misfire codes. Runs great. I have a differential pressure tester so I can do a blow by on each cylinder but I don't think that'd show a crack in the heads. Head gaskets were replaced 12K miles ago as well.

Want to just put new intake gaskets on and get it back together as I need the truck. Just looking for some feedback on what others suggest before I do.

Thanks all

Commonly, Two different ways to check for coolant system leaks.
A pressure test, which will help you diagnose the problem.
Also, there are vacuum devices that are used to test and make sure the leak is fixed and makes filling the system with coolant quick and easy.
Neither of those are possible without everything being intact.

I have a theory of what causes those rubber gaskets to delaminate. Looks like an early sign of delamination failure. My theory is that they just do not hold up well to the un-equal expansion rates of heating and cooling of the iron heads and aluminum manifold. Those same gaskets were even worse on the inverse for me. Cast iron manifold and aluminum heads.
