96 k3500 silverado crew cab 7.4 4l80e
below 50 mph fan speed on "hi" is "hi" enough for this old pig.
once you hit 50mph or over, the fan still blows but its like it went from hi to low.
as soon as you go below 50 fan speed resumes hi.
below 50 mph and floored or rolling into throttle makes no change
above 50 mph throttle position also has no effect on fan.
i am assuming its some vacuum check valve? opening the recirculate door? making it seem like the fan is actully moving less air?
if anyone has any sugestions hit me up. thank you in advance.
