No luck finding a GM diagram with the back side of the cluster, but I did find reference to three bulb assembly part numbers (with the sockets) on Nemiga Parts:

https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/epc/chevrolet/54c-c/09/tc09-079/

25086809 (ACDelco PC74), 25089349, and 25089350 (ACDelco PC195). It looks like all the '95+ cluster bulbs are some combination of those from the factory, and the 25086809 (PC74) appears to be the tiny one that was pulled from a turn signal indicator in that YouTube video. Now I just need to know which ones go where so I can figure out how many of each I need...

At least they have those bulbs on Amazon. I mean they’re only $13 a piece!!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty sure those ACDelco part numbers I put in parenthesis are the "generic" part numbers that you can get from other manufacturers for much cheaper. For example... I just found this eBay listing for the 25089349s that Nemiga didn't give a "PC" part number for, looks like they're a PC160.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/234687664930

Which you can get in a 10 pack for 58 cents each on RockAuto.

Think I'll order around 10 each of PC74, PC160, and PC195. I know that's overkill but at least I'll have spares.

Now I'm wondering what size the bulbs in the HVAC controller are...

Did they have all three sizes at rock auto?
I’m pretty sure Wagner makes the acdelcos too.

In case anyone else was curious (and so I can look back here in case I forget), the GM part numbers for the HVAC controller bulbs are 16199545 (pretty sure these are the amber bulbs that go behind the recirc and AC buttons) and 16203572. Haven't been able to find any generic/aftermarket part numbers for either of those unfortunately. :(

Did they have all three sizes at rock auto?

I just checked, they do.

Wagner PC74 - RockAuto

Wagner PC160 - RockAuto

Wagner PC195 - RockAuto

After looking more closely at the descriptions of these bulbs on RockAuto, I'm thinking I may just buy the PC74s to replace the turn signal indicators and leave the rest alone. The PC160s have a rated life of 25,000 hours, and the PC195s are 12,000 hours. The PC74s are only 1000 hours. I bet my factory PC160/PC195s have some life left in them still.

Or replace all of them at the same time and not have to worry about pulling potentially brittle dash and cluster out later. Lucky for us there aren’t any hard wired or soldered bulbs in them.
