your in open loop at 195 f thats not right. some scanners read the temp from the gauge sensor and not the coolant temp sensor, Im thinking either u have a faulty 02 sensor or coolant temp sensor. I think the coolant temp sensor signals the ecm into closed loop. 02 sensor controls fuel trims once in closed loop. your knock count is also high. knocking happens when its running lean usually. I would test or replace the CTS. until u get it to go into closed loop it wont run good. if coolant temp thinks its cold it will dump extra fuel. to a point. dont run it hard if its running lean. get her legs closed
