I bought this truck almost a year ago, and it has come a long way from what it once was.

I bought it with 270,000 miles (give or take) The motor was very worn out, but I bought it for the rarity of the 5 speed MANUAL transmission. Since August 2015 I have upgraded almost everything, engine, transmission, radiator, the entire AC system, tires and wheels (twice), and interior. The interior still needs a little love in the form of a headliner and carpet, but that's about it. The exterior got bedlined with a DIY kit, and the inner and outer rockers were solid, so I lined them the first weekend I had it.

This is the weekend I lined the rockers, it was all solid color tan.

Lined the top of the cab because the paint sucked, and I wanted to break up all the ugly tan color

Really liking the 2 tone with the tan in the middle! Keep the pics coming!

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk

Thanks, I got the idea off of google images. I stopped with just the bottom done first, took a step back and thought something was missing. Then I saw a two tone paint scheme from the 1991-1993 models, and copied it to my 94. I think it really broke up the excessive tan I had going on.

I can't share some of my pictures because my Iphone made some of them videos (even though they aren't) so that being said, I don't have a good picture of my new engine, or the mirror comparison.

For the 99-06 mirrors, I had to drill one new hole where they bolt up and I trimmed a little off of the mirror base for door contour.

Gave her a paint job. This is rustoleum spray paint, the color is deep forest green. I wet sanded it to give it a smooth finish. This was done around August or so.

"Upgraded" to the 88-89 headlights, I got tired of the plastic ones breaking.

Tragedy struck on 2/21/17. A ***** ran a stop sign and I t-boned them. This is a 25 MPH impact, one 1994 chevy Z71 versus a 2016 Ford Focus.
