My LT1 has the seam vents at the back of the heads, but they merge into a single line before dumping into the radiator. The back of the head still runs a good 15+ degrees hotter than the front. This is comparing left head to right head with the factory drilled holes being run WOT on a road course. Putt putting around I didn't see that much of a difference. Also, the LS stuff isn't reverse flow, only the LT stuff ever was.
